      IKON 310: A Passion for Justice          

      An IKON® interdisciplinary course that considers the Catholic-Christian moral and social tradition.  Students evaluate how or if this tradition integrates into their political views on law, rights, equality, tolerance, etc.

      ​​​​​Course Information

      • The course will be offered as a hybrid online / in-person course in which local students may be able to attend in class while keeping appropriate social distance, and all others can attend live via Zoom.
      • The course will be Tuesday/Thursday from 4:30-5:45 beginning January 19th.
      • Upon completion of the course for a grade you will have a transcript from UHC.  The course may be transferred into your home institution if it meets their transfer policies, or may be used for future graduate programs/study.

      Cost

      We ask not for  course tuition but honoraria for professors who teach.  We believe that an offering for teaching is a gift rather than a fee for service.  The course is free, but for students who audit the course we request an honorarium of $250, for credit $500.    The registration form is to the right.
